again, thank you to everyone for all of your organisation of the event.

elena pointed out that i have some spelling mistakes:) they were unintentional but she suggested that i leave them for effect... so i have:)
the cards will be stored in boxes (probably on the floor) for participants to look through and choose from. the cards are A5 size. if anyone has some old wooden or plastic boxes that might suit this work, please let me know.
i have been exchanging ideas for lighting with elena this morning and together we have a few ideas:
light stands with old lamp shades
or small lights haging from the washing line
or lights in cardboard boxes (directing the light up to the washing line)
i will need to attacht the washing lines to something... are we allowed to drill into any walls at the venue? or are there features in the building that the lines can be tied to?
please let me know of you have any other suggestions.

we can't drill any holes in the wall.
I'll send you soon some pics of the location i thought it might be suitable for your installation. We have to think of an alternative way to hang the lines. it could be a wooden stand or a sort of wooden structure.
I think you should do a mock up of the installation once I'll post you pics of the place where we are going to put it an exact dimension of it.
